New Team Leadership Apprenticeships

The Chartered Management Institute leads the way in joined up-thinking about apprenticeships.

As we continue to work with our clients to ensure a steady and robust transition to the new world of apprenticeships post April 2017 – the launch month for the Apprenticeship Levy – we’ll be keeping you up to date with new apprenticeship standards as they are released.

The Chartered Management Institute is some way ahead – they already have a suite of integrated Team Leadership and Management apprenticeship standards with progression route to their flagship Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.

Their apprenticeships have all been fully road tested and employers using them have been very positive in their feedback.

Jake McClure, Head of Apprenticeships at Civil Service Learning, said:

“We wanted to provide a full suite of potential pathways, not just for external recruits, but also, excitingly, for internal staff to build their own capability and development by having the opportunity to enrol onto a leadership and management apprenticeship programme.”

And that’s the great thing about the brave new world of apprenticeships. Apprenticeships are becoming ‘professionalised’ and they’re designed for the training and development of your new staff as much as they are for new young recruits.

We’re pleased to announce that our key training partners – including The College of Apprenticeship Training – are set up as CMI providers and are ready to deliver Chartered Management Apprenticeships for you right now.
